Welcomes C. Edward “Bud” Staley, P.A.

Lincoln – In response to the community’s need for urgent care services, Health Access Network (HAN) is pleased to announce the addition of C. Edward “Bud” Staley, P.A. (physician assistant) to their team of healthcare professionals.  Mr. Staley began employment at HAN on February 23rd.  He will provide urgent care and occupational health services to all members of the community.

A native of Lincoln, Mr. Staley brings over 20 years experience as a P.A., primarily in emergency medicine, urgent care and occupational medicine.  He was most recently employed by Healthworks in Bangor.  Mr. Staley is currently accepting appointments at HAN’s urgent care office in the medical arts building in Lincoln.  He will join HAN’s other Lincoln medical providers to move into the centers’ new facility on W. Broadway mid-May as soon as construction is completed.  I am happy to be working back in the Lincoln area with HAN”, says Mr. Staley.

Urgent care services are medically necessary services which are required for an illness or injury that would not result in further disability or death if not treated immediately, but require professional attention and have the potential to develop such a threat if treatment is delayed longer than 24 hours. An urgent care condition could be a sprain, sore throat or rising temperature that can be treated in an urgent care center.   Urgent care services are also much more economical than a visit to the emergency room.

“We’re very excited to welcome Mr. Staley to our medical staff.  He will be a tremendous asset to our health center and community.” says Dawn Cook, CEO.
