When
asked, Dr. Antunes stated the reason he chose HAN is that the
organization is young and appears dynamic and willing to adapt to
challenges quickly. “I was
first introduced to HAN when I first did a rotation as part of residency
training with Dr. Eric Metzler.
Everybody was very welcoming, and it felt like it would be a good
transition after residency.
What made the decision easier is that Dr. Sarah Irving is working with
the organization. I knew Dr.
Irving while she was a resident and it was always a pleasure to work
with her,” says Dr. Antunes.
“Dr.
Antunes comes to us with excellent references.
He is very well liked by colleagues and patients alike, and I am
confident he will be a good fit for our community and positive asset to
our organization,” said Dawn Cook, CEO.
In his
spare time, Dr. Antunes enjoys cooking, photography, soccer, road biking
and mountain biking.
Dr.
Antunes is looking forward to building a new practice and offering a
full scope of family practice services. He will also participate in our
Obstetrics service delivery along with Dr. Amin El-Mallawany and Dr.
Sarah Irving.
