Penquis Cap has several transportation services available.  You MUST call 1-866-853-5969 to sign up for one of these programs at least four days before your first ride and three days prior for additional rides. 

If you have MaineCare - Penquis Cap Lynx program provides rides to and from doctor’s appointments only.  Another option for MaineCare patients is you (or family/friend) can drive to the appointment, turn in a form and be paid for your mileage. 

If you do not have MaineCare - Penquis Cap General Ride program can provide rides to doctor appointments or to run errands for a small fee on certain days.   

If you have a mental health disorder, you may use the Transportation Assistance Program (TAP) for gas vouchers or mileage reimbursement for up to 90 days.
